Pascal has twenty-seven years of experience using, adapting and re-engineering the economic value-added models used by industry consultants into stock market valuation models. Between 1995 and 2009, he was Head of Global Sector Strategy, Quantitative Equity Research and the CROCI Valuation Group at Deutsche Bank. The CROCI investment platform grew to US$10bn+. Pascal is the author of Cash Return on Capital Invested, 10 years of investment analysis. He is a regular speaker and lecturer on issues surrounding the valuation of financial assets and holds a Master from ESSEC in Paris.
Joakim has twenty-four years’ experience in the investment field. He designed investable indices with Pascal, as head of equity structuring at X-Markets, Deutsche Bank. After completing his MBA at Imperial College London and a MSc. at London School of Economics, Joakim specialised in building equity investment solutions for institutional clients out of investment banks in London and Brussels. He co-founded in 2009 a successful boutique firm in the field of investment advisory and risk reduction. He holds a Master in Applied Economics from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven.
Diarmid has twenty-four years’ experience in the investment arena. He worked with Pascal as a founding member of the Deutsche Bank CROCI team between 1995 and 1998. After completing his MBA at INSEAD, he ran the investment portfolios of a significant multi-family office focused solely on alternative investment strategies, in particular hedge funds. The last eight years have been spent in private equity, during which Diarmid has led investments into a number of fast growing ventures. He graduated with a BA from Princeton University, USA.
Janet has twenty-two years’ experience in equity analysis. She worked with Pascal for twelve years at Deutsche Bank, having previously been an Extel ranked analyst covering the Mining sector for Deutsche Bank and Credit Lyonnais Laing. Janet was made a Managing Director at Deutsche Bank in 2005 and continued to work within the CROCI Valuation Group until 2012, focusing on company analysis and valuation. Janet is a Justice of the Peace (JP) and holds a degree in Chemistry from the University of Oxford.
